Colour

The palette is defined twice, once for light and once for dark. Every colour on the site goes through a token; nothing is hardcoded. The teal is written in oklch in the stylesheet; the hex values here are its sRGB equivalents.

Headings, UI, body and the wordmark. Weights 400 to 700; display sizes track tight (−2 to −3.5%).

One word at a time. The serif appears only as the emphasised word in a headline, set in the brand teal. Never for body text.

Using the mark

Do

  • Use the teal mark on light surfaces, the white mark on teal, photos or dark surfaces.
  • Scale the mark as a whole. The stroke weight is part of the drawing.
  • Keep clearspace of at least half the mark's height on every side.
  • Set the wordmark in Geist SemiBold with −2% tracking, centred on the mark.
  • Use the rounded tile only where a square avatar or app icon is required.

Don't

  • Don't redraw, fill, thicken or thin the ring or the waves.
  • Don't add a third wave, a horizon or land back into the ring.
  • Don't rotate the mark or set it in a colour outside this palette.
  • Don't retype the wordmark in another typeface or weight.
  • Don't use the mark smaller than 16px, or the lockup smaller than 24px tall.
  • Don't mix the retired 2025 four-colour mark with the current one.
